Club Penguin Cleaned Up Dock Background

To receive the "Cleaned Up Dock Background" on Club Penguin simply follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Dock.
2. Pick up all the trash.

Once you've picked up all the trash, you'll receive a background called the "Cleaned Up Dock BG".
