Club Penguin EPF Message From Gary

Gary has recently sent all EPF agents an EPF message.  This message is informing us about the fact that the party Rookie has planned has been accepted.

The message reads:

Good luck with the party planning Rookie. Your request has been approved. All agents – be on alert to help Rookie with his preparations.
